Who is the perplexed human being?

I'm an undergraduate (soon to be graduate!) student in the STEM field. My overall goal with this blog is to apply what I've learned in order to better understand scientific topics and phenomena, and discuss what I've learned!

Who are you besides a student?

A lot, actually! In short, I'm an animal enthusiast, nature lover, and a friend of the environment. 

Whats your favorite pastime?

Right now, I've been digging writing letters & painting.

Dear internet: Hello! Welcome to The Perplexed Bean  from the perplexed human being themself. Being in the middle of a *pandemic*, there isn't much going on for anyone. (With the exception of essential workers, of course! Thank you for your services!). With my semester over, minimal work, and only so much to do, I've begun this blog in an attempt to keep my mind active and motivated to keep interacting with engaging topics. The Perplexed Bean will serve as a way to hold myself accountable for learning about many new topics through a comprehensive discussion of them ( because accountability is something we all need sometimes ! ! ). In short, I'll [hopefully] be making [accurate] sense of complex research among other subjects.
